1Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the fighter platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. fighter takes the protection of minors from gambling activities very seriously.
• Be an individual registering under your own name — corporate accounts or accounts registered on behalf of another person are not permitted.
• Not listed on any self-exclusion list or gambling prohibition issued by any relevant authority.
• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration, including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and valid banking details.
• Not holding more than one (1) active account on the fighter platform at any time.

Registering with fighter is free of charge. Any false information provided during registration may result in your account being suspended or terminated without notice, and all account balances may be forfeited.

2User Account

Each fighter user is permitted to hold only one (1) account. Owning multiple accounts is a serious violation of these terms and will result in the closure of all related accounts and balance freezing without compensation.

• You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Your account password must be kept secure and must not be shared with anyone, including family members.
• Fighter will never ask for your password via email, WhatsApp, or any other communication channel.
• Any suspicious activity on your account must be reported to the fighter support team immediately.
• Account details such as name, date of birth, and identification number cannot be changed once verified, except through fighter's official verification process.

3Deposits & Withdrawals

Fighter supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods to make your financial transactions convenient. All transactions are processed through a secure, encrypted payment system.

• Minimum deposit: RM 30 per deposit transaction. No maximum daily deposit limit for fully verified accounts.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 per withdrawal request.
• Deposit processing time: Deposits are processed within 1–5 minutes via automatic payment methods.
• Withdrawal processing time: Standard withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes to 4 hours, depending on your VIP tier and chosen payment method.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your fighter account.
• Fighter reserves the right to request proof of payment or supporting documents before processing any withdrawal for fraud prevention purposes.

Fighter does not charge processing fees for deposits or withdrawals in most cases. However, some payment methods may incur charges imposed by their own service providers — fighter is not responsible for such third-party charges.

4Bonuses & Promotions

Fighter offers a wide variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward player loyalty. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms set for each promotion.

• The wagering (rollover) requirement for each bonus will be clearly stated on the respective promotions page. Please read the full terms before claiming any bonus.
• The Welcome Bonus may only be claimed once per eligible new player and cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated otherwise.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including opening multiple accounts, using false information, or placing opposing bets (hedging) — will result in bonus cancellation and account closure.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash until the rollover requirements have been fully met.
• Fighter reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or terminate any promotion at any time with appropriate notice.

5Game Rules

All games available on the fighter platform are operated in accordance with rules set by their respective game providers and certified by internationally recognised independent testing bodies.

• Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is substantial evidence of a verifiable technical failure confirmed by the system.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, fighter will resolve the situation in accordance with its established compensation policy — which typically involves cancelling the last round and refunding the bet.
• The minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are displayed within the game interface. fighter reserves the right to change these limits at any time.
• Bets placed using bonus balances are subject to additional rules stated in the relevant bonus terms.
• Results from a certified random number generator (RNG) cannot be disputed unless supported by solid technical evidence.

6Account Security

Your account security is fighter's top priority. Our platform uses 256-bit SSL encryption and two-factor authentication (2FA) to protect your account from unauthorised access.

• You are advised to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for an added layer of security.
• Use a strong password — at least 8 characters combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Do not log in to your fighter account over an unsecured public Wi-Fi network.
• Log out of your account after every session, especially when using a shared device.
• Fighter is not responsible for any losses arising from a user's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

7Prohibitions & Restrictions

To maintain a fair and safe gaming environment for all users, the following activities are strictly prohibited on the fighter platform:

• Use of third-party software, automated bots, scripts, or any tools designed to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Any form of fraud, game manipulation, collusion between players, or activity intended to deceive the fighter system.
• Attempted money laundering through the fighter platform. fighter fully complies with applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.
• Making repeated deposit and withdrawal transactions without meaningful gaming activity — this is considered an attempt at money laundering.
• Sharing account credentials, selling your account, or transferring account ownership to another party.
• Using the fighter platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law or applicable international law.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions will result in immediate action, including account suspension, balance freezing, and legal proceedings where necessary.

8Account Suspension & Closure

Fighter reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to:

• Violation of any provision within these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, hacking, or money laundering.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Requests from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

9fighter Liability Limits

Fighter provides the gaming platform on an "as-is" basis and makes its best efforts to ensure consistent availability and performance. However, the following liability limits apply:

• Fighter is not liable for any losses arising from technical disruptions, internet outages, or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
• Fighter's total liability to any player shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
• Fighter does not guarantee that the platform will be entirely free from disruptions, errors, or viruses.
• Completed and credited game results cannot be reversed unless there is evidence of a technical failure verifiable through the fighter system logs.

10Amendment of Terms and Conditions

Fighter reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time in accordance with business needs or applicable regulations.

• Any material amendments will be communicated to all registered users via email at least 14 days before taking effect.
• In-app notifications and announcements on the platform's home page will also be displayed to ensure all users stay up to date.
• Continued use of the fighter platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
• The "Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the effective date of the most recent amendment.

11Responsible Gaming

Fighter is committed to responsible and healthy gaming practices. We believe that gaming should be a source of entertainment, not stress or financial hardship.
